M\E\ Charles A. O’Wril, Jr., Grand High Priest Date: July 2004

Dear Companion:

This month is the beginning of our summer relaxation, but it is also the beginning of planning our Capitular year starting in September. It is a fine opportunity to use our communication skills with our Chapter’s Companions. Many of our Chapters have started officers meetings in order to formulate the Degrees and special communications during the Capitular year 2004-2005. Remember my Companions; failure to plan is planning to fail! This time of the year is a fine opportunity to check on our sick or injured Companions. Nothing makes our Companions feel better about their membership in our Chapters than to have concerned members call and inquire about their health and situation. In addition, we should especially call those members we have not seen at our convocations during the previous year. Attendance at our Capitular meetings is a habit. If a Companion stops going to our Chapters for any reason, we must make an effort to find out why and correct the situation.

I personally thank St Andrews Royal Arch Chapter for extending Honorary membership to me on June 2nd. It is a great Honor to belong to the Oldest Royal Arch Chapter on the American Continent.
