News from the 10th Capitular District
	The District Degree Team for the 10th Capitular District visited Isle of the Sea Royal Arch Chapter on Nantucket to confer the Royal Arch Degree.

	Comp. Lorry Armstrong and R.E. Al Perperian looking especially elegant in their colorful costumes.  Presenting the Royal Arch Degree in costume is a new experience for most of the members of the 10th Capitular District's Degree Team.
	E.C. Hendrick Carlee (High Priest of Isle of the Sea RAC) receives a certificate of service from R.E. Robert W. Fellows (DDGHP/10) for his fifth year of exemplary service as High Priest.
